I submitted from Australia, there were no complications with our submission, it just took time. A decision has been made (they will not tell you what it is before you pick the visa). I never called...

thanks Emmaanfi, it looks like it was a mistake in terms of answer - ie. it is from biometrics but still the usual answer of - no decision as yet.
