There are 5 stages they have to go through when checking, so they probably checking with the country you applied from and the check is taking longer. Hope you hear something soon.

Wow! Isit non priority? But then again if it is still don’t get why they took so long. Have u contacted your mp? I think u will get a good feedback from the ombudsman because u are waiting too long.

you can contact them Monday to Friday but they sent out emails Monday to Sunday. I have seen people received emails on a Sunday which was shocking as I never thought they sent email out on sundays...

yes I did made an enquiry on the progress of application and on the 18/05/18 I requested children British passport as they are travelling soon and I received back supporting documents on 19/05/18...

I go on Gov.uk and type contact U.K. visa and immigration about your application. Follow instructions from there and fill out form.

My partner has applied for priority spouse visa 27/04/18 I send supporting documents to Sheffield on the 03/05/18 we have not had any correspondence since then, biometric was taken on the 30/04/18....
