I just called UKVI (02034811736) to re-escalate my case again.

I have been told that the relevant department would contact me by email to tell me what's going on with the application in 15 working...

I just sent a complain email to Home Office.

I looked the ombudsman service, it asks you must complain the organisation first, before you make a complain to the ombudsman.
