I have now been separated for 8 months... we had to first submit the application for my son's passport, granted after 10 weeks of waiting..... I have 2 children who are british Citizens, my husband...

Yes! I was on a spouse visa, had my baby there, had my Maternity exemption card as well. Its part of the universal health services, you are also allowed statutory maternity pay unless you have never...
