Just changed estate agent's today, the new agent just sounds more positive and refreshed, were the other agent was just miserable and so negative, so lets hope this works.

Still stuck in sunny Warrington (Cheshire) no sale yet, four months now its been for sale and only the one offer so far and that was 45 grand under the asking price and we told him to stick it.

That's me, if I'm right your a nurse? i remember you saying that you hadn't sold the house but you were going anyway, but you've sold the house now so thats fantastic, one less thing to worry about...

That's fantastic news! and you dont even have to worry about them pulling out at the last minute wow i wish we had the rule over hear.

We got our visa grant today, just the shine's taken away by the bloody house still for sale, 9 wks now and still nothing......

2 viewers so far (time wasters) but they came within the 1st wk of it...
