well they're rubbish in Mass...the state of driving is shite...and scarily enough, they allow learners on the interstate around here, even Maine doesn't allow that :D

buggered if the driver is blind though :D

and yes, some seriously poor eye sight will be ignored around here in Mass, as when I got my license, some old bird couldn't even see the bottom letter...

school bus driver got sacked for letting a kid off for miss behaving in the middle of a busy main road recently not far from where I am...some of the worst drivers around as well, which is pretty...
