Received our case number on Saturday, only a few days since I-130 was approved. Interview appointment set for end of October and currently trying to get a medical in the next few weeks.

I don't have the notice in front of me, but on the front page the USCIS actually states it will take 8 weeks to receive the letter. The letter will not come from USCIS as it has now been passed to...
