It’s a bit of a cache 22 situation. If they spent money to pay for flights to see each other this will eat into the money required to make the application and consequently delay it by months maybe by...

My wife got an email today from TLS Contact that a decision has been made on her application. Just waiting for the collection email / text message. It's going to be a long weekend.:fingerscrossed:

Do you think those who applied priority that, while not waiting 90+ days, had to wait 40-60 days for their visa should also email him as well? It is deceptive to make people pay so much to get their...

Yeah I've seen a few from different countries (Hong Kong, Morocco, Nigeria) that have taken 20 days but some from August / September...

The reason why the HO have various processing times for each country is to ensure they have enough time to deal with forgery, terror risks and exceptional applications where the volumes are higher....

That’s true. Although I suspect, due to the blanket 31st October email, processing of most other applications has been put on hold and the HO would have been focusing this week on the applications...

Do you mean priority? I doubt anyone that applied non-priority in September would have their visas granted in a month.
I recall seeing three September priority applications granted in the timelines...

I think it really depends on whether you get lucky and have a caseworker on your application that is lenient. Quite a few people on these forums say they were rejected because they didn't send...

Absolutely agree. We made a priority application 2 weeks ago, so if they've already started processing the application, it would probably be a bad idea to send more documentation without them...

When I sent the documentation to Sheffield, I didn't send anything in the way of phone communications between us as this has been primarily via WhatsApp and FaceTime videos. Obviously FaceTime...
