Yep, that one month visa is kinda like to give your wife time to get stuff back home in order before leaving. You'll get fined if she flew in to the UK...

We're both waiting (80th working days) for that ever elusive spouse visa although we don't have the same case, I know how it feels to be frustrated, angry, worried and go crazy with the wait...
