I second that. The responses you get via email make slightly more sense than the ones you receive via the telephone operators.

OH! Wonder if it's a Hong Kong thing? I plan to go into the VFS HK centre on Monday to see if they've received my passport back and I'll keep you posted. I'm just a bit worried as UK Decision...

I don't know how reliable this information is though, but per the call centre, if your sponsor is currently residing in the UK, apparently they need to physically send in supporting documents from...

My thoughts exact! The contact centre guys at UKVI suspect there might be another glitch in the system as he happened to receive 3 similar cases today with applicants who used the scanning option...

We are going through the savings route so submitted bank statements from Hong Kong evidencing this.

We received the request from UKVI so does this mean that we have to re-submit all our hard copy...
