It arrived today - I emailed the consulate the other day and they replied today saying status had been changed and the email came from dhs this morning too x

6mths and 8 days later and it's time to send the passport!

Can't even describe how happy I am that the wedding can go ahead x

Hi all,

Can anybody tell me the address from which the send passport email is sent please - so I can search dads emails?

I'm so worried he'll miss it with him being the absolute opposite of IT...

Iv just checked dads status on ceac page and it says application refused?

So 6 months later no word either way isn't right is it??

Looks like no wedding for me this year 😩😭 x

I meant my fault that I'd booked before he knew for sure he could come.

I wouldn't dream of getting married without my dad there - I just presumed 9 months would be plenty of time after my initial...

My dad had an interview on 20th January at London, we were told before the appointment that the wait was 6months so booked our wedding for September hoping dad could join us in Orlando.

The lady...
