Straight forward... we paid cos the lawyer said that was quicker... but if we knew before.. it was better to apply for non priority and ask to keep my passport... this way I could wait in UK until I...

Got my decision this Friday!
On the 60th working day... now I'm waiting for my passport ☺️

Applied may 26th biometrics too

Unfortunately it's true... even with priority we need to wait 60 working days (12 weeks)

Apparently for non priority is 24 weeks

But call your MP and see it they can help you.

Anyone here applied from Ireland?
I'm a bit worried because on the Ukvi website is not showing the processing time for the spouse visa in Dublin... and this is my 55 working day (priority)

I'm Brazilian and I applied for my spouse visa from Dublin

My appointment was on may 26th and biometrics too. Received on Sheffield on may 31... I paid for priority but no news til...
