You cant keep track of TRA - seems strange that some depts use a tracking system and some dont and deffo agree that if DIMIA did it would be great to see where our visa was languishing!

earlier this year I was really good and did over 2 hours a week of my exercise video. I felt fitter, I actually fitted into a brand new size 12 skirt that I couldnt get up my thighs...

It is good, I guess it's all aerobics really. Got mine off Amazon ages ago but might be worth a look on ebay to see if you can get a bargain one!

I'm not doing very well - upset about cat so have been eating my bodyweight in crap food all week!!!!!!

Right, going to join you again having had a few weeks of constant creme egg eating!!!

I have gone for a much healthier diet, eating food cooked to weightwatchers recipes six nights out of seven, eating less snacks and chocolate...

I guess it might happen eventually, frustrating...

How long does it take to actually lose weight?

I've been doing my DVD twice a week most weeks, sometimes only once a week, since January - everything's getting toned but no weight coming off..

I'm trying to lose weight too, I bought myself the Ministry of Sound Dance Workout (based on the Call on Me video) and it's brilliant, really fun as well as hard work!!!
