Doesn't this only apply to British and Irish citizens? There are 2 separate lines. One for EU citizens and one for Non-EU citizens, when entering Ireland.
The same lines are in London too.

I have been self-employed for the 5 months we have been here and no my business does not have net profits of £18,600. I would not qualify for the Spouse visa even if I did have that amount of profit...
