Hi Thanks for commenting, yes they are going to file an individual petition. I don't know much about this - any one have any advice / dealings with this?

Relates to Manager or Executive.. I think that is the term used for all rejections?

Is there another Visa / Option / Route I could take?

- Per 9 FAM 402.12-8 your application has been found to be not clearly approvable.

I don't think it went well as CO said they are 'looking more for executives and stayed on the point there's 6 layers above me... which isn't bad for my company and said I'm just telling you what...
