Hi we have lived in malta for over 1 year can we go with just the eu family card .then do the uk residance card when we are there.

Am staying in malta i love it here got a good job.Things have not been great between me and my husband so thats why i want him back before the visa

He hates it because of the wage and long hours ,and he doesnt have his residance card yet thats in march.

we are in malta at the moment .his eu family card will take 6 months i have been told .Do we have to wait another 6 months when we have the card.

hi once you have the eu family residance card can you use that to go to uk or have you got to do EEA family permit.
