No we don't have to pay council tax for our rental so it does even itself out in that respect. We managed to get a house in the Hutt area. Where abouts are you looking? are you looking for something...

We have just been in the process of looking for a rental in Wellington. We struggled finding anything decant due to having 2 cats and a dog. We managed to find one in the end but at $560pw. Obviously...
