Yeah it was discussed before by you and others ...I think you may of misread my post I was agreeing with what everyone said it does not apply to my situation as my contributions did not exceed that...

We did an extension for more time. I understand the employer contributions exceeding employees makes it a grantor trust which triggers the extra paperwork 3520 etc.

I guess I'm wondering on Sch.B...

So on schedule B part 3 it would be correct to note no regarding the trust?

It was a CPA that specialized in international tax though I'm starting to question whether this was more on the business...

Yeah treat it as a trust, as they mentioned trust was a broad definition. I believe it's to keep myself right.

That I should not be losing sleep. Trust has a very broad definition for tax purposes and going forward to file both of the 3250 forms. I will most likely amend the prior too.

Yeah got it all sorted, going to use the CPA for our taxes. A lot more simpler than doing it ourselves.

I found this great article from Deloitte below that talks about trusts, it talks of a foreign non grantor trust and only mentions 3520 when taking a distribution? Could this be what all UK pensions...
