I flew into Newark last year and this sounds almost identical to my experience. Flying in to San Francisco at the end of this month so we will see if that is a similar experience!

I know this post is over 2 years old but has the litigation changed regarding this? I received a 5 year multiple entry visa at the first time of applying?
