Speeding and other offences by UK registered cars is a storm in a tea cup otherwise by now you’d have given us the figures …… potential figures for France are available which is not surprising...

If you dont mind me saying you have a hilarious outlook on this.

It’s not up to the UK to do anything about speeding in Spain and I’m sure the government have not assumed anything of the sort....

one might argue as to whether the UK should make life easier for citizens who’ve chosen to leave or whether Spain should make it easier for people who have chosen to take up residency.

Out of interest what is the estimated figure of fines on UK registered vehicles ? Or more specifically the loses because they can’t have access that make this so important ? Or is it just Spain...

There is a fundamental difference between PNC and DVLA, hence my questions about PNC as that is what you’ve been talking about.

I can understand France having an issue due to the number of UK...

Im not saying it’s particularly wrong ….. I’m asking why should Spain have access any more than any other country who operate exchange programmes ?

I also don’t see how having access to PNC helps...
