Sales volume (85 sold) appears to be falling in Jan 2018 with the average selling price above $508k again.

Over 445 new properties came on the market in the last 28 days.

More 4 Bedroom...

Trend shows prices almost flat for the last 12 months in Barrie. the bump over $600K in March 2017 looks like the bubble bursting.

Barrie like London suffered from the over spill in Toronto prices in Spring this year. Original post was highlighting the down draft from the 20% drop in average Tornto prices since the crazy peak.
