Ok fair enough. I did go direct. Does the AIG service only work for new arrivals? Would they touch folk nearly 8-months in?

Even if we've missed that boat, it's great advice for those yet to come...

Is it a state-specific thing? Because they wouldn't accept mine when I was shopping around a couple of weeks back, plus (separate issue) when I was looking immediately after arrival, before I'd done...
