I believe the document that was important to get was an "ATTESTATO DI RISCHIO " , which we were able to get from Clements when they decided to stop their car insurance for Italy. Not too sure how...

The GOV.UK site (https://www.gov.uk/change-address-driving-licence) seems quite clear on it! Must have your current UK address and be resident there.... From what I've read however, they could make a...
