Yes, I'm going to get OSS to come out for a quote and I had heard that about Letton Percival. If it's much cheaper I think we'll definitely use them. Pickfords were going to charge us 4% insurance!

Apparently because of the increase in work load the prices go up in December each year. She also said that our circumstances may change in terms of our needs, the amount of stuff we may have over so...

Yes, it does strike me as all rather odd. She gave me a very rough quote for a full container but then couldn't tell me how big it would be! She also said that all their prices go up in December...
