Thanks for the info,but he decided to give up when the alternative they offered was at a lower interest rate.35 euros to make the online transfer to close the account (although this part of the story...

Do any members bank at this branch? My son has an account at Valencia but their customer service is a joke,I've heard the Oliva manager is very helpful and my son would like to transfer his account...
