I think this should be reciprocal. If US Americans can come to Canada to visit, Canadians should be able to do the same in the US, - provided they are vaccinated.

To be on the safe side, I'd say they should have said "Pfizer a.k.a. Biontech a.k.a. Comirnaty " instead of just "Pfizer". Otherwise things seem to be clear.
