Hmm. I don't know about this lawyer and what's he's telling you. It just doesn't seem to me that it is going to be that easy.

I mean, the bottom line is that a jointly-filed I-751 means just that...

I'm not so sure I believe that simply bringing an affadavit to the I-751 in lieu of your husband will be sufficient -- especially when the last affadavit he supplied explained that "he loved [you]...
