Just a minor point. The police check isissued by ACRO not ACPO. It's going to be a big part of your life if you're planning on emigrating. Did you need one for working in a school?

Also, how can this be the "job of your dreams" if you've never even been to the country, much less the town, where you'd have to live? It could be the worst place on earth. You don't know anything...

Why would you be out of money if you are denied? The company pays all fees. You legally cannot contribute towards the cost of your visa. And if the job is worth taking, they will also pay your...
