The VCU actually said that all E2's are requested to be expedited. Like I said, the first time it took ten days, so thinking it may be a month this time wasn't excessive.

Indeed I could have/should have. My lawyer started the E2 renewal at the beginning of 2015. Unfortunately it was not submitted (fees paid. records provided etc.) because of a change of partnership...
