I use NatWest for UK banking with account registered address in Spain. No problems. Even have my Spanish mobile registered with them for receipt of transaction verification code when using credit...

I do a mix - Uk Govt pension direct to Spanish bank - excellent exchange rate, and then use Transferwise for private pension from UK bank to Spanish bank for top-up payments.
