@Tihami - my understanding from Tonk is that he has not yet recieved or signed a written contrcat so they would not have applied for a work visa! They have not asked for legalised/attested documents...

Education allowance, Housing allowance etc?

No I am not going to be working for HMC. It is another hospital.
