1,make appointment with TSL embassy embassy , they only take application forms .
2 they will ask which documents u wanna back .
4dont say anything about EEAa2,u nnpeed to prove ir center of life...

No... We dont have the intention to stay in ireland too long , we r goin to tryin again after I got my 5 years rc in june , if rejected again , we r enterin uk to apply for ukrc , (i joined a group...

Hi Dave ,got my FP result, rejected ,they say cuz my husband is workin part time ,(in a restaurant,3days a week , 18 hours per week)and low income in ireland, even we supplied our bank...

3 months for temporary stamp4,6 months for 5 years ,,, very very slow .... Yea , her work qnd holiday visa is mucn better,she can work and wait for the stamp4,better axt fast , who knows what is...

Acturally, ur wife with holiday work visa will be much easier to prove to the uk immigration ,u guys have transferred the "centerw of life in ireland ,and much easier to get uk residence card.

no ,ur wife cant work till she gets her temparary stamp 4,i just got it in feb 24th.i submitted my application in nov 27th,my temporary stamp 4 is valid u til june 25th, I should get my 5 years by...

Ur wife cant fly tonuk without family permit tho .....u should worry about that much later on.....if u guys wanna go to uk for a visit soon , u can take ferry, no checkpoints ...hehe

If ur husband"s visa with the 4 letters on it --BIVS . I dont have it , ciz mine is -join eea visa not tourist visa , but u can always hop in ferry to uk , no checkpoints . Still gotta be careful thp
