Congrats man.

My PR card just arrived. Although I had to send new photos for that as the specs for the application and the card are different. Fortunately it was a fairly straightforward procedure.

That's what I thought, thanks.

One of the criteria on the document is that the photos needed to be fewer than 6 months old, so it could just be that.

Landed yesterday, only for a couple of days, moving properly in Dec.

Everything went very smoothly, even got my SIN issued at Toronto Airport.

Just got an email from the MP's office in Ottawa regarding our recent sponsor approval (which took 105 days). They received the following from CIC :

97 days now since they received our application and no movement on Sponsorship Application Status - been at 'In Process' since December 24th.

No responses on anything including case specific...
