Sorry, no Patty. It was more like a stew/casserole with a very thin sauce which had egg white running through it.
The dish you linked to looks lovely though :)

My mother's family is from the north, the only reason I say this is that the recipe could also have German/Austrian roots.
The only ingredients I remember are pork in a lemon and egg white sauce....
