AFAIK...
The EU classifies dependent children (both born or legally adopted ) as being below 21
The UK classifies dependent children...

Just a little thought... as I am now deciding which route to take as both will now take the same time in the long run....
IF the UK votes no to EU in 2017 and pulls out of Europe completely, then...

I note you are now in Swansea so I assume it all must have worked OK for you?. What would be great is a step by step "Dummies guide to SS route".. or have I just given my money making idea away BTW,...

Thanks DaveLovesDee,What a mine of information this forum is... thanks to everyone.I agree about the agent fees, but still a lot less than a few failed UKIV applications. and 2 1/2 year repeat...

Hi, I am new and trying to learn very fast, so for now just one question for this thread.Has anyone used the services of some of the "agencies" that pop up whilst doing a Google search on the SS...
