As a sort of direct follow up - out of curiosity more than anything - it's well established that unauthorized working is typically forgiven if you're the immediate relative of a USC - does this also...

OK, well I'll figure all that out closer to the time - I was always of the mindset that not putting all information they require on their forms is like the worst of the worst though?

Is the G-325A really that out of date? So you wouldn't include it on the G-325A? Is that not misrepresentation or something?

Yep that's the plan! It's such a relief knowing that I can work remotely for my UK employer during the 90 day period!

So really, it's not against the law at all to work for my UK company during the K1 period? So putting it on the G-325A as my current employment won't cause issues at the AOS interview?

Thanks Ian. Does USCIS state this anywhere? That the K1 is authorised to work incident to status? Cause I may print that out and take it to the interview if i have one, and it's not approved without...
