Just checked my application number on CEAC page and it states my visa has been issued, however they refer me to the Bazilian Embassy web site, checked my hubbys number (he has his visa) again states...

What is the CEAC status, my number was given to me on a piece of paper but when it didn't appear on the document they told me to look at I contacted them, they replied it would not appear on any...

That does sound odd, however they kept the originals of mine. The only thing is what happens once the 6 months is up, your police certificate is only valid for 6 months (according to the Consulate)....

My interview was on 11th February together with my hubby we were told we had been granted 10 year visa's. The next day I got an email saying mine had been refused but I was recommended for visa...
