Just to update for those going through the E3 visa process, here is my timeline in Sydney.

July 27th - Visa appointment, 221(g) refusal letter due to Administrative Processing

What does it mean by VOID though? Does it mean the kids can't travel overseas later? Thanks.

I am planning to fly back to Sydney to have the E3 interview for the new job. Can I just bring the kids passports with me and travel with my wife without two kids (4 and 7 year)?

Hey there, any one did an interview in Sydney? How long did it take to get the E3 visa processed. The website says Processing Time is 10 working days; which is ridiculous.
