My second waiver was approved for 5 years too.

From start to finish mine only took 4 months. Applied Dec 23, passport back in my hand April 18.

Has anyone else gotten it this quick? Me no...

I think the general consensus is don't book anything until the visa is in your hand. I'm guessing most people here may agree with me. Some have received there visas after 7 months but some are...

Well I'm done and dusted. Passport arrived today. Visa nicely printed inside. From start to finish was 12th Feb to the 17th September.

Ugh. What a pain. At least you know your now and can hope that your next holiday will be stress free.

I got my email last week and my status still says refused. I'm guessing it really doesn't change until the passport is on its way back.

Email received today approving me for 1 year.
My timeline was interview on the 12th Feb, however additional docs were required so final paperwork didn't go till 26th Feb, so overall waiting time...
