Re stores in the villages:
Even in Germany they've all been closed - you just cannot compete with the big ones. people would buy only a few things which they need - and then go to Tesco or Interspar...

From the data I've seen maybe the decline slowed a bit, in the first month of 2017 it was larger however - but in any case the number of deaths was significantly higher than the...

I agree with that "caveat emptor" - we've visited our young ones in Bp and the stories they tell re housing ...
Second rate addresses are even worse.
And even here around rich Hévíz there are many...
