To sit NCLEX you need to meet state requirements and for that you need both clinical and theory hours in Paeds, Mental Health, Obstetrics and Adult. Only once you have met requirements will you get...

You can still try and register with a state that you plan on living and working in to see if you meet requirements. Hopefully the visa your husband is moving with allows you to work.
