My understanding is if trained outside of Canada regardless if RN or LPN you have to go through NNAS but should state on CNO website

LPN/RPN scope is very similar to RN. Some will not allow them to hang blood and they are not supposed to take high risk patients but from reading this isn't always the case

The link I gave previously also links to LPN courses which are 2 years in length which is the average course time but there may be a waiting list for the course plus usually prerequisites

PSW will not really enhance CV/resume except to say you know how to do basic patient/client care. Only other skill it may keep going and that is if the workplace allows PSW to do it is vitals, blood...

Everywhere seems to make it harder to move as a nurse. Currently changes the NMC made has caused more queues for nurses trying to move to the UK but I don't think the process is as long as CNO. CRNNS...

Unfortunately the hours need to be on your transcripts and if I remember rightly clinical and theory need to be done very much at the same time.

Most provinces require the same clinical and theory hours these days and it certainly isn't easy. Most but not all provinces require some form of assessment before permission is granted to sit NCLEX...
