Actually it depends on aptitude tests whats ADIA criteria, ie they looking for 70% above marks.

My interviews went well, but my aptitude tests didn't hit ADIA criteria, so I am awaiting feedback...

For assessment centre tests by Korn Ferry, has anyone got any tips or experience? As I've been invited to the 2nd stage for a role at ADIA Operations.
