This is old now and I am in Asia so not much use. I sent uni a document off the AHPRA website, there was one for Nmc and one for uni. I assume this is what you need.

For proof of address we opened a NAB bank account online before we flew and popped in branch today to finalise...

You are filling a form in relating to Australia, therefore to them the UK is overseas. So answer yes.

NMC have a form you fill in online, they then send you the paper application form.

Yes, it does not matter where you send it they are processed centrally, it use to be that each office processed their own applications but this does not happen now.

AHPRA will not send anything to ANMAC now I have been told, they use to but they will not anymore. I think to do the modified assessment you just need your PIN, which you should get a week or so...

Your COGS is valid for 3 months, if it expires you need to submit a statutory declaration and you can do this at an AHPRA officer, each state has its own you can print out and sign in front of them I...
