In some ways it has, but some attorneys are adamant to continue to file paper where possible. Maybe that way there is a definite copy of what is actually submitted. Anyway, pleasantly surprised your...

Congrats on the interview! Regarding your state move - I'd be cautious. I know there are rules around state residency, but that may be in the time before the N-400 is filed.

I said no to a name change, and at the interview I was asked again, so I would say you can make your final mind up at the interview.
