Probably a typo for CIMT (crime involving moral turpitude).

If you take one thing away from this experience... please let it be using the correct "visa" and "VISA" - the latter being a financial company.

Longest few weeks? You're not going to be in a visa interview for some time yet. If the petition is successful for what sounds like a H1-B then we're talking months...
