I received another email today,specific to my application.As my passport had expired 5 years ago,it had the old type photo in it.Therefore they require the new photo to be countersigned.

Thanks for the reply Tr1boy.They must send generic emails for everything.I sent an email enquiry to them yesterday.The response was that I had probably written outside the boxes when I was filling in...

Hi all I am a British citizen living in Brazil,I needed to renew my passport so I completed the online form and then printed the declaration form and posted it off.
