Hi all - I checked my ECAS after many weeks and it now says medicals received.
I was asked to send in a new Police Cert last month and that has also arrived at CIC.

I'm not saying it's not my fault but hey mistakes happen sometimes! I was just wondering if i should send a new cert in now or to wait to see what happens. Many thanks for you input though.

So the police cert was received by CIC within 3 months (just) but it was the wrong one

Hi - dealing with impatience is something this process will make you an expert at!!

My SA went over by a couple of months and others on this forum had to wait even longer so I wouldn't stress yet...

I think the whole system needs a bit of a shake up. You read in the Canadian press how people, various bodies and MP's are trying to fix this. Doesn't help us but it may make things slicker for...

If you go with the spreadsheet then you guys are pretty much bang on to hear in the next month or so right ? About 2 months for stage one + 6 odd for stage two. Well I hope I'm right!
