I can recommend a english speaking lawyer in Granada if your still looking. I used him when I purchased in martos 5 years ago. Used him for other stuff also. He is very thorough.

Hi does anyone have any experience or advice on getting a water supply 're connected in martos. Or who the water company is supplying martos It's been off for a number of years.

Thanks for the reply wicklowjack. I spoke to the police but said I would need permission from council. But we timed it for Sunday morning anyway. Road was quiet got it off in a hour or so. Thanks...

Anybody know anything about having a road closed for an hour or so in martos old town to unload a vehicle. If it's possible or who I need to talk too thanks

I am looking for a good roofer/builder to do a temporary repair to a roof, just until I get out to replace it, its in the old town Martos, pref who knows some english. Help appreciated...

Jon from Derby here new to the forum, I am in Martos in January looking at property with Derryl with a view to moving over permanently in summer, can anybody recommend a b&b in Martos? Hotel...
