was any amount charged to your credit card?

if the amount was charged you got it. if not then no.

I was logged in and ready by around 9:30am NZT. From around 9:50 - 11:30am NZT i was trying to click the silver fern link and it would just stay...

i remember reading somewhere that on the 17th there is a new update to the list of exempt qualifications. does anyone have any info on this?

both my course and university were under the exempt list before 2011.
now my course has been removed however my university still remains on the list.
